During the executive search process our clients can expect us to:
- Take a full, detailed brief so that we truly understand what
you need and can represent you sensibly and with credibility.
- Report back – at a minimum, weekly – during a search, so there are
no surprises.
- Present and discuss with you where a candidate’s real strengths and
weaknesses lie (…no one is perfect.)
- Help you make your decision about your preferred candidate, and
then secure that candidate for you. This needs straight-dealing, robust
advice and an ability to handle delicate matters diplomatically.
Our candidates can expect:
- Total confidentiality - the oil in the engine of how we do business.
We could not exist without it. That means checking your thoughts and
views regularly, and not operating on your behalf without your prior
approval.
- To be asked searching questions, and deliver honest answers. Without
those we can not properly assess the environment in which you will
truly flourish.
- Advice and counsel through difficult or testing processes. We will
always be honest with you and available to discuss what is on your
mind.
- To be kept properly informed during any search process in which
you are involved.
