Alex Gordon Shute

…created Ithaca Partners, having worked in Communications search for The Rose Partnership, Odgers Ray & Berndtson and Taylor Bennett. Her search experience builds on an earlier career initially as a Fast Streamer in the Diplomatic Service and then with FTSE 250-listed, specialist insurer Hiscox for seven years, where for her last three years she led the Marketing and Communications team. Alex holds a degree from Durham University.

Catherine Clark

…joined from Odgers Ray & Berndtson, having made swift progress through their research team, becoming an Associate Consultant after just one year. Catherine has worked on a wide range of Board and Executive appointments, principally in the non-profit and government spheres. Before joining Odgers and since graduating from Oxford (where she studied French and History), she travelled extensively and also lived in Paris.
