Ithaca’s coaches are handpicked for their experience and effectiveness. They each have a minimum of five years’ experience working with Corporate Affairs Directors as clients and have supported at least 25 Corporate Affairs professionals through Ithaca. Several of them were Corporate Affairs leaders before their coaching careers. They unlock the best thinking and the most effective forms of leadership in their clients. We are proud to work with them.

Our facilitators are those of our coaches who have the most extensive experience of team coaching and facilitation. They facilitate leadership offsites for Corporate Affairs Directors – to plan, to strategise, to align and to bond. The results are exciting and re-energising for our clients.

Known for her thoughtful and insightful approach, she has helped hundreds of leaders across sectors and geographies gain self-awareness and navigate challenges.

Jane holds advanced coaching qualifications and is licensed to use a range of developmental psychometric tools in her work.

Matt Brown
Matt Brown

Matt is a business psychologist with 25+ years’ experience coaching senior leaders across industries and geographies.

Known for blending business insight with psychological principles, he helps clients build self-awareness and confidence.

Matt holds a Master’s in Organisational Psychology from UMIST and a BSc in Politics and Economics from LSE.

Jennifer Powell
Jennifer Powell

Jen brings 20+ years’ experience in leadership, change communications, and consulting.

Known for her optimism and “unconditional positive regard”, she specialises in culture change and empowering leaders to navigate transformation and embrace growth.

Jen holds a degree in Law and English from the University of Keele and is a qualified Meyler Campbell executive coach.

Zoe Peach
Zoe Peach

Zoe is an occupational psychologist and executive coach with over 25 years’ experience working with leaders from the C-suite through to early-career high potentials.

She is passionate about enabling life-long learning to help leaders feel fulfilled in their work and to make organisations enriching places to be. She is known for her psychological insight and her warm, compassionate and curious approach.

Zoe holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Warwick and a Master’s in Organisational Psychology from UMIST.

Kate Wallace
Kate Wallace

With 25+ years in communications, Kate helps clients navigate complexity, build confidence, and unlock new perspectives.

Known for her empathetic, human-centred creative approach, she empowers leaders to tackle challenges with clarity and purpose.

Having trained at Henley Business School, Kate is accredited by the International Coaching Federation and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.

Dr Laura Haigh
Dr Laura Haigh

Dr Laura is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Coach, specialising in helping individuals achieve personal and professional goals.

Using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC), she helps clients shift negative thought patterns, enhance resilience, and improve wellbeing.

Laura holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from University College London.

Sheldon Daniel
Sheldon Daniel

Sheldon brings over 25 years’ experience, having worked with more than 40 companies as a coach and advisor on strategic leadership communications, external affairs, and advocacy.

Known for his Caribbean warmth and humour, he helps leaders “untangle thorny issues” across countries, cultures, and corporate functions.

Sheldon is a graduate and Faculty Member of the Meyler Campbell Coaching Programme.

Sally Osman
Sally Osman

Sally Osman has 35+ years’ experience working at the highest levels of the UK’s most recognised institutions, including Buckingham Palace and the BBC.

With a background in communications leadership, she is known for her combination of industry knowledge and practical wisdom.

Sally graduated from the Meyler Campbell Mastered programme and holds a Law degree from Exeter University.

Vicky Denning
Vicky Denning

Vicky is an executive coach and leadership consultant with experience working with senior leaders across industries.

With a background in HR and change management, she combines deep listening with supportive challenge to help leaders develop and achieve their aspirations.

Vicky holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching.
